Located on the Columbia River where Old Lady Canyon meets the river, the history runs deep.  Documented in Steven Ambrose book; Undaunted Courage, the Old Indian Lady served Lewis and Clark a breakfast of smoked fish. Now we grow grapes and produce wine to go with the local fruit, meats, and fish so abundant.  The unique terroir of Sundale Vineyard comes from the basalt on which the roots feed just beneath the surface, the Columbia River in front and the warmth of the rim-rock nearly 1000 feet above. This thirst quencher is juicy with crisp stony tannins, notes of bright berry allure and mulberry aromatics, culminating in a heady, balanced, elegant experience. One glass is never enough! Cheers!
